• Defective or damaged items reported within 7 days of delivery or collection
• Incorrect product supplied compared to your confirmed order
• Cancelled orders before dispatch, subject to stock confirmation

Non-refundable items

• Custom-ordered or special-import items unless faulty
• Used or installed parts where packaging seals are broken
• Services already completed at our workshop

Approved refunds are processed to your original payment method where possible, or as store credit by agreement.
