SpeedBikes stands behind the bikes and parts we sell. Warranty coverage depends on the product type and manufacturer terms.
New bikes sold by SpeedBikes include manufacturer warranty as specified at purchase. Registration, servicing at authorised intervals, and proper use are usually required to keep warranty valid.
Genuine parts carry supplier warranty where applicable. Electrical items and batteries may have shorter warranty windows — ask our team at point of sale.
Repairs completed by our workshop include a labour warranty on the work performed for a stated period. Parts fitted during service follow the part supplier warranty.
Contact the branch where you purchased or serviced your bike with your invoice, frame or engine number where relevant, and a description of the fault. We will inspect and advise on the next steps under applicable warranty.
